These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Auto Hunter ("the Service"), operated by Auto Hunter ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Auto Hunter provides an AI-powered platform to help automotive dealerships find, evaluate, and acquire vehicles from private-party listings on Facebook Marketplace. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any communications sent through the platform on your behalf

2. Subscription Terms

Access to Auto Hunter requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Auto Hunter to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform terms of service
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications to sellers
• Scrape, copy, or resell any data obtained through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate vehicle acquisition for your dealership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular vehicle will be available or acquired at any price.

KBB estimates and market valuations surfaced by the platform are for informational and prioritization purposes only. You are solely responsible for conducting your own appraisal and due diligence before completing any vehicle acquisition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Hunter's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Auto Hunter platform is our property or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
